Scope of Work: Engineering Solutions by a Professional “General Contractor”

We managed every detail of the project to ensure full alignment with the “Assaf” visual identity. The process involved taking over the site from the client in its “shell and core” (raw) state and transforming it into a fully operational facility:

1. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)

  • Electrical Systems: Execution of specialized lighting installations designed to highlight product aesthetics, integrated with smart control panels.
  • HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning): Installation of advanced climate control systems to ensure optimal airflow and a comfortable environment for visitors.
  • Safety Systems: Installation of a comprehensive early warning and fire suppression system in compliance with Civil Defense regulations and Jouri Mall management requirements.

2. Interior Finishes and Décor

  • Implementation of premium marble flooring, luxury paints, and suspended ceilings with high precision, reflecting our expertise as a top-tier general contractor in the region.
  • Development of a modern commercial storefront designed to be a prominent and attractive landmark for shoppers within the mall.

3. Furniture Supply and Operational Setup

  • Manufacturing and supplying customized display units specifically designed for Assaf Perfumes.
  • Full outfitting of the store to ensure it is ready for immediate operation upon handover.
