Scope of Work<\/h3>\n

Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing (MEP) Works:<\/strong>
Execution of high- and low-current electrical systems, fire alarm and firefighting systems, as well as distribution and control panels in accordance with approved standards.<\/p>\n

HVAC Systems:<\/strong>
Supply and installation of central and split air-conditioning units, high-efficiency industrial kitchen exhaust systems, and ventilation and cooling systems compliant with health and food safety requirements.<\/p>\n

Interior & Exterior Finishes:<\/strong>
Implementation of heavy-duty flooring, moisture- and heat-resistant paints, suspended ceilings with concealed lighting, and modern fa\u00e7ades that reflect the restaurant\u2019s visual identity.<\/p>\n

Security & Safety Systems:<\/strong>
Installation of integrated CCTV surveillance systems and safety solutions to ensure a secure and compliant operational environment.<\/p>\n
