Scope of gas station implementation works
Site works and ground works
The station starts from the site itself: cleaning, digging, determining levels, then establishing tanks and extensions. This stage has the greatest impact on the schedule, and therefore it is documented with records and sealing tests before any closure or burial, and the next stage does not occur without documented receipt.
Awning and front yard
The metal structure of the canopy, cladding and panels shall be implemented in accordance with the approved operator’s identification guide. The forecourt includes decks, islands, pump locations and drainage slopes, taking into account vehicular movement and daily operation safety.
Electromechanics and safety systems
Electricity, lighting, grounding, and wiring are implemented in coordination with civil works, and fire-fighting and safety systems are installed and tested in accordance with the approved technical requirements, with a complete test file delivered.
Attached facilities
The store, restrooms, mosque, laundry and maintenance sites are implemented as part of the project when they are present in the plans, with the same level of finish and specifications approved for the station.
Five documented stages
The gas station is a safety project before it is a construction project
