Planning and receiving the site
To ensure the success of the finishing works, we focus on careful planning and managing every detail. The stage begins with receiving the site, reviewing the existing levels and extensions, and developing a clear time plan that includes all stages of work from preparation to delivery, with tight coordination between the teams to ensure compatibility between design and implementation.
Partitions, ceilings and floors
Partitions, ceilings and floors are implemented in the correct sequence and with prior coordination with the electromechanics, so that the lighting, air conditioning and alarm openings are in their final locations before closing, and the levels and ends of the materials are reviewed before moving on to painting and cladding works.
Facades and external works
Our work includes modern facades, cladding, glazing, exterior metalwork and panels, taking into account insulation, weather resistance and stability of the finish over time.
Feedback processing and delivery
Before delivery, notes are captured in the Snag List and fully processed, then reviewed again with the client or consultant and the site is delivered with material and collateral documents.
Building and construction is a stand-alone service, not a stage of finishing
For large projects we contract the construction from the ground up to the completed building: site preparation, structural works, concrete, exterior and electromechanical works, with a contract, timetable and management team separate from the finishing works. When both services are requested together, the project is delivered under one management until operation.
