Contractor for implementing factories and industrial facilities
We implement factories, warehouses and industrial facilities, from civil works and structures to industrial flooring, utilities, electromechanics and safety systems, on a schedule that takes into account operational requirements.
Civil works, structures and facilities
Specification of loads and resistance
Water, sewerage, electricity and air
Systems, tracks and equipment
Factories, logistics companies and warehouse operators
We work with industrial and logistics companies that need an implementation contractor who understands operating, load and safety requirements, whether the project is a new facility or an expansion of an existing site.
This includes:
- Factories and industrial facilities.
- Workshops and maintenance centers.
- Laundries and operational service facilities.
- Warehouses, storage and distribution centers.
- Logistics installations and facilities.
- Expansion and equipment of existing industrial and operational sites
- Architectural and structural plans for the facility
- BOQ or written scope of work
- Load requirements and the nature of industrial activity
- Facilities and operational requirements
- Target time period for startup
Scope of industrial projects
Civil works and structures
The industrial facility begins with site works, foundations and concrete foundations designed for equipment and operating loads, then structures and halls. The works are carried out according to the consultant’s specifications, with material tests and receipt records for each stage before moving on to the next.
Industrial flooring
The floor is one of the most important elements of an industrial facility: it is implemented with specifications that are appropriate to the loads, movement of equipment, and type of activity, with chemical or slip-resistant treatments when needed, and precise leveling standards in high storage areas and shelves.
Utilities and electromechanics
We implement water, drainage, electricity, lighting, ventilation and compressed air networks in coordination with equipment locations and production lines, while precisely determining the locations of service points before pouring floors and closing ceilings.
Safety and ancillary areas
Alarm and fire systems, evacuation routes, and signs are implemented and tested in accordance with requirements, and administrative areas, staff facilities, and control rooms are equipped to the same level as the approved specifications for the project.
Five documented stages
Industrial flooring and safety systems determine the operating life
The floors are implemented with specifications for loads and resistances commensurate with the nature of the activity, and safety and fire-fighting systems are installed and tested in accordance with the requirements before the site is delivered for operation.
Yes, by working in stages and with a safety and isolation plan for the implementation area, and on a coordinated schedule with planned operation and shutdown periods.
Determined according to loads, equipment movement and type of activity, and includes hardened concrete, epoxy, and chemical or slip-resistant treatments.
Yes, water, drainage, electricity, ventilation and compressed air networks are implemented in coordination with equipment locations and production lines.
