CSC was invited to evaluate the interior and exterior finishing works of the two Lotus Flower buildings belonging to Mithaq Company (SEDCO Group) in Jeddah. After visiting the site, we determined what modifications and equipment the two buildings needed, and we presented technical proposals that convinced the owner, so he assigned us the project. Restoration and renovation work was carried out on the facades: stone cladding, arches and openings decorated with mashrabiyas, entrance canopies, entrances with granite stairs and glass doors, in addition to the interior lobby with its false ceiling and lighting. The work was carried out in stages using scaffolding, while the shops on the ground floor remained in service. Our team completed the work within four months, and the project was completed in 2024.
