We at Construction Services Company (CSC) are pleased to announce the signing of our third contract with the Abu Zaid restaurant chain, for the execution of their new branch in the Al-Fadilah district of Jeddah. This project is part of their ongoing expansion in the Saudi market.

The scope of work includes a full turnkey execution, starting from civil works through to final finishing and fit-out, and covers:
• MEP works (electrical and mechanical)
• Interior and exterior finishing and decoration
• Supplying and installing high-quality restaurant equipment

This collaboration is a continuation of the trust placed in us by the Abu Zaid management, following the successful delivery of their Al-Zahraa and Al-Samer branches. It reflects our commitment to quality and precision in executing restaurant construction and fit-out projects to the highest standards.
