CSC proposed cladding the main building of the Muslim World League in Jeddah with GRC facades in a historical Islamic style, to renew the appearance of an old building without demolishing it. Before implementation, we examined the building structure, foundations and walls to ensure their ability to support the weight of the facades. Based on the results, we designed the solution according to the nature of the building, and added a metal structure to support the structure in some parts. During the work, we modified the locations of air conditioners, electrical and plumbing installations, and surveillance and lighting systems. The project duration is 10 months, and was completed in 2021.
