Raydan is one of the largest restaurant and catering companies in the Kingdom. CSC built its factory in Jeddah Industrial City (Modon), and distributed the facilities in the spaces required by machinery and device manufacturers. We implemented roofs that can withstand heavy machinery and equipment, ventilation and air conditioning systems for production and storage areas, and an integrated electrical system with backup generators. We used insulating materials to control heat and humidity, and installed cooling and storage systems for raw materials and finished products. We equipped the water and sanitation network and the production, storage, packaging and distribution areas in accordance with health and safety requirements, and provided the factory with modern firefighting systems. The project duration is nine months, and will be completed in 2024.
